In a common quest to explore being in the world and expanding their own language, Maia and Takashi have sent letters to each other in the form of films to create an exchange of sensations, pauses and new encounters. They focus on capturing atmosphere rather than the tangible – navigating a greyzone of poetry, loneliness and investigation. The eight works in the programme challenge how we see and how we create.
